We stayed pretty busy in February and managed to get in a few days at the beach as well as a ski trip in Big Bear. The kids were very excited to have Grandpa come visit from Dallas. They always love it when he is around.
They definitely have overcome their fears of the ocean and are always yelling, "down to the water" while we are at the beach. They also really like the mountains and had a blast playing in the snow in Patti's back yard. I've been telling them that they can go skiing when they are three and surfing when they are five. Whenever I ask Annika how old she is, she immediately responds, "five."
There are a lot of pictures in this post, so you'll need to scroll down a bit to see all of them.

Actually, they just call it, "a big tower."

Yes, I am finally getting on this computer to leave a comment on "busy February"! How I enjoyed all the pictures. I wish I could be at the ocean with the triplets. Grant, now I know what you were talking about when you told me if you moved to LA, your family would have time at the ocean and also with snow! How wonderful. You will have all those "mini" vacations, whether water or snow, whenever you want.
Again, wish I could be there. We have the Lake here and the snow in the winter, but not like you all, whenever you want to do it. haha
Love you all and thanks for the lovely pictures. Aunt Kathy
