We had a really nice time taking the whole family up to Mammoth for a ski vacation. The triplets enjoyed being able to play in the snow, and surprisingly, now say that they like the mountains more than the beach. I guess it must have something to do with the fact that eating snow is a little more exciting than eating sand. Camille, in particular, couldn't resist putting her face in the snow whenever she had the chance. Fortunately, it snowed pretty much all week, so she was able to taste fresh powder.
I think we'll try to get them up on skis next year. I'm sure that will be quite an adventure.

Busy February
We stayed pretty busy in February and managed to get in a few days at the beach as well as a ski trip in Big Bear. The kids were very excited to have Grandpa come visit from Dallas. They always love it when he is around.
They definitely have overcome their fears of the ocean and are always yelling, "down to the water" while we are at the beach. They also really like the mountains and had a blast playing in the snow in Patti's back yard. I've been telling them that they can go skiing when they are three and surfing when they are five. Whenever I ask Annika how old she is, she immediately responds, "five."
There are a lot of pictures in this post, so you'll need to scroll down a bit to see all of them.
